The importance of support workers in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities or autism cannot be stressed enough. But finding the right person for the job and supervising them is not something that parents are trained for, or have enough time to do. This workshop enables parents and caregivers tools that assist in finding a good match for the needed support work as well as tools to supervise effectively the worker.
